Iraq is not Washington, D.C., I know. (It's probably better managed.)

Sure, score on the pathetic hamstrung government of this 80% Black city lorded over by the same rapacious thugs who led the U.S. into Iraq. And pat yourself on the back for noticing that the Iraq adventure is FUBAR.
