Some cats shun their carriers, associating the boxes with being hauled to the vet. Janeway loves hers, treating it as a special hideaway where she can chew her bird toy undisturbed. Not that I'd dare to try to take that bird away. I have enough evidence on my arms of her lack of understanding that humans and claws don't mix well.
