April 4 marks the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King's speech denouncing the war on Vietnam and the 49th anniversary of his assassination. Labor union locals and activists, Fight for $15, the Black Workers Center and other community groups gathered at San Francisco's Yerba Buena Center to voice determination to keep fighting for King's dream.

Who better than the ILWU Local 10 Drill Team to lead a labor march down Mission Street to the memorial to the city's 1934 General Strike?
Workers seeking $15 and a union have a hard fight ahead, but there was lot of determination out there yesterday.
