Tantalizing opportunity for a Democratic Senate win in Montana

Steve Bullock is the current (termed-out) governor and a popular guy who has won tough elections in a red state. He didn't make a dent during a brief national run for president, but he just might be able to flip a Republican-held Senate seat. He certainly is the strongest candidate Democrats could have hoped for.

And he employs damned good ad creators as you'll see if you watch his video.

I remember being in Montana for work when Democratic rancher John Tester's Senate campaign was a long shot effort to win a difficult contest. Could anybody wrest a statewide race from a Republican? Tester is now in his third term. With a lot of money, a little luck, and a strong campaign, Bullock might be able to perform a similar feat.
