It's just political bribery ... we've seen a complete subversion of our system by political contributors who want and sometimes get a political payoff when the election is over.... At the present time the incumbents, Republicans and Democrats, look upon this unlimited money as a great benefit to themselves. Somebody who is in Congress has a lot more to sell ...
The guy is having a pretty damn good post-Presidency.
